The Woodside Cheese Wrights began production in 1994 and have been producing a range of high quality award winning cheese ever since. All are hand made from fresh milk sourced from local dairies in the Adelaide Hills. 

Patrice is a handmade triple cream brie with a delicate rind and a soft interior. A traditional overnight set is used and carefully ladled the next day. 

As a young cheese it is mild and balanced with hints of citrus. As it matures, the acidity reduces leaving a rich and creamy cheese.
