Woodside Cheese Wrights began production in 1994 and produce a range of high quality, award winning cheeses that are all hand made from fresh goat and cow’s milk sourced directly from local dairies in the Adelaide Hills. In 1999, the company was purchased by the Lloyd family of Coriole Vineyards who produce quality wine and olives. 

The recipe for this cheese has developed over the years and produces a luscious and clean cheese typical of the camembert style. 

It has a pure white surface and when young, a chalky centre. As the cheese matures, the interior becomes soft and custardy and the flavour rich, with a hint of mushroom.
