The Woodside Cheese Wrights commenced production in 1994 and have since been producing a range of high quality, award winning cheeses that are hand made from fresh milk sourced directly from local dairies. In 1999, Woodside was purchased by the Lloyd Family. Kris Lloyd took over as head cheese maker and with a passionate team, continues to produce specialty cheeses with their own individual character.

This curd is made with a minimum amount of starter and rennet and undertakes a long slow set overnight before being hand ladled into tubs. 

The texture is silky and smooth with a fresh lemony flavour. The low salt content makes it suitable for sweet or savoury dishes.
