The Woodside Cheese Wrights began production in 1994 and have been producing a range of high quality award winning cheese ever since. All are hand made from fresh milk sourced from local dairies in the Adelaide Hills. 

Woodside Chèvre is made from fresh local goat milk sourced from Towerview and Oskjberg goat dairies. Only the freshest milk is used to make the curd and handling is minimised. Pasteurisation is achieved using batch pasteurisation which is very gentle to the milk.

The milk is set using a traditional long set method overnight. The following day the curd is ladled into cheesecloth bags. The curd is gently drained for several hours to retain its delicate structure. This product is pure with only a small amount of salt being added. Once salted, a further draining process occurs for a period of ten days.

This chèvre has a mild flavour with a slight lemony tang.
