The Jacquin family are third generation cheese makers in the Loire where they make chèvre from both raw and pasteurised milk.
Tomme Adrienne is a soft pasteurised goat milk cheese with a thin layer of summer truffles and lightly coated with ash.
The flavour from the goat milk is very delicate and the subtlety of the summer truffles make for a perfectly balanced combination.
