That’s Amore Cheese is made using traditional techniques and locally sourced milk.

This fresh cheese is lightly smoked over beechwood using traditional methods to add a deep, rich flavour to the delicate, creamy cheese.  The smoking creates a thin, delicious golden-brown rind, which encases a mild and moist pearl-white interior that exhibits open layers of spun springy curd that melt in the mouth.

Perfect to add depth of flavour and texture to a salad or melted on pizza.
