That's Amore Fior di Latte

That’s Amore Cheese is made using traditional techniques and locally sourced milk.

Each bucket contains 1kg of cheese weight which is sold immersed in whey. The mild and moist ivory coloured balls, when torn open, reveal layers of stretched, springy curd.

This plump, soft, cows milk version of mozzarella has a mild, milky flavour and a supple texture. When cut, a few drops of milky whey may exude from the cheese's interior.
