That's Amore Buffalo Mozzarella

That’s Amore Cheese is made using traditional techniques and locally sourced milk. This cheese, which is sold immersed in whey, is a mild and moist pearl-white ball that exhibits open layers of stretched springy curd that melt in the mouth. When cut, a few drops of milky whey may exude from the interior of the cheese. 

This version has a very delicate and slightly perfumed aroma. It has a fresh, clean milky flavour and a supple texture. 

The quality of this cheese is at its best in the summer months when the milk is most concentrated and at its creamiest.
