This range of cheese is hand made at the historic and heritage listed building that was once the home to the Onkaparinga Woollen Mills in the Adelaide Hills.

Milk sourced from local dairies is used to make a triple cream cheese with a luxuriously rich texture. A modest amount of black truffle is mixed through the curd to create a gentle truffle flavour and aroma that blends seamlessly with the cheese without overpowering it. The interior is a creamy ivory dotted with small black flecks of truffle.
