This range of cheese is hand made at the historic and heritage listed building that was once the home to the Onkaparinga Woollen Mills in the Adelaide Hills. Milk is sourced from local dairies and used to make this blue which has a well-balanced flavour profile.

This blue cheese gets its distinctive colour from the addition of annatto, a food colouring derived from the seeds of the achiote tree, which has been used in cheesemaking for centuries. The veining is even throughout and the texture is creamy. There is a lovely sweetness in the cheese with a gentle spiciness from the blue. A very approachable blue vein for beginners.
