Onkaparinga Creamery Brie

This range of cheese is hand made at the historic and heritage listed building that was once the home to the Onkaparinga Woollen Mills in the Adelaide Hills.

Milk is sourced from local dairies and used to make this brie which has a well balanced, medium strength flavour profile. The white bloomy rind is lovely and fine and the interior is pale yellow with a yeasty aroma and fresh mushroom flavour.
