Onkaparinga Creamery Ash Brie
This range of cheese is hand made at the historic and heritage listed building that was once the home to the Onkaparinga Woollen Mills in the Adelaide Hills.
Milk is sourced from local dairies and used to make this brie which has a well-balanced medium strength flavour profile. The delicate white bloomy rind covers a coating of ash around the paste, giving the ashed brie its unique appearance. The interior is pale yellow with a buttery and fresh mushroom flavour.
