La Vera is a boutique cheese making company in suburban Adelaide where the Marmorale family have been making cheese since 1984. Originally established by Pino and Giovanna with "the genuine art of cheese making" as their number one focus. The next generation of the family have now taken the reins and the company continues to grow.

Fresh ricotta has a fine, smooth texture with a delicate flavour. Because of the use of whey produced during the cheese making process, it has a low fat content yet maintains its creaminess.
