La Vera is a boutique cheese making company in suburban Adelaide where the Marmorale family have been making cheese since 1984. Originally established by Pino and Giovanna with "the genuine art of cheese making" their number one focus. The next generation of the family have now taken the reins and the company continues to grow.

The parmesan is handmade using traditional recipes and techniques. Unlike most parmesan cheese, La Vera use non animal rennet to set the curd, thus appealing to vegetarian cheese lovers as well.
