La Vera is a boutique cheese making company in suburban Adelaide where the Marmorale family have been making cheese since 1984. Originally established by Pino and Giovanna with "the genuine art of cheese making" as their number one focus. The next generation of the family have now taken the reins and the company continues to grow.

This large format brie uses specially selected South Australian milk to create an ivory paste with a fluffy white bloomy coat of mould that helps develop mild mushroom aromas as it ripens.
