La Vera Casalingo Vintage

La Vera is a boutique cheese making company in suburban Adelaide where the Marmorale family have been making cheese since 1984. Originally established by Pino and Giovanna with "the genuine art of cheese making" their number one focus. The next generation of the family have now taken the reins and the company continues to grow. 

The Casalingo vintage is handmade and exhibits a full bodied flavour that lingers with complex after tones. The interior is moist, yet slightly crumbly with a creamy mouth-feel. They refer to this cheese as his version of tasty cheddar.
