Self-taught head cheesemaker Kris Lloyd may have fallen into cheese making by accident, but after 20 years is now completely passionate about all things cheese.

Her Kris Lloyd Artisan brand has produced a range of Persian feta using different milks. Persian style feta is made using a pot set method that is usually rested overnight. The result is a very creamy, almost silken, rich cheese.

The cheese is marinated in organic garlic, herbs and a blend of Coriole olive oil and canola oil.

Kris Lloyd Artisan Persian feta is available in three varieties made from different milks - goat, cow, and buffalo.
