This traditional Stilton is made in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir by Master Cheesemakers who began crafting cheese over 100 years ago. Each individual Stilton is individually graded and hand-selected to ensure finest quality. Long Clawson is one of only six dairies in the world able to make Stilton due to its PDO status.

This Stilton has a crumbly and creamy paste with a naturally earthy rind. Its creamy pale yellow interior is laced with deep blue veins radiating from the centre. It has a bold aroma and a characteristically tangy, slightly metallic flavour.
