Dutch Matured Gouda - Sheep

This distinctive range of Dutch cheeses are made using traditional methods which have varied little over time and have been passed down for generations. 

The cheeses are matured in the ‘Green Heart’ of Holland, where the idyllic scenes of windmills, cows and green pastures are common. They are turned by hand until they have acquired the desired quality and flavour profile.  

Landana Sheep has a wonderfully mild and buttery flavour with a soft and springy texture. As is typical of sheep milk cheeses, it has a gentle and sweet caramel finish.
