Cricketer Farm Red Leicester

The lush green pastures of the rolling Somerset plains gave birth to the name Cricketer Farm over 70 years ago. Today the cheddar that carries the Cricketer name to the future is rich and resonant in flavour, with a lingering, balanced maturity of flavour of which the founders would be proud.

This is a classic Red Leicester cheese that has a savoury, tangy flavour with hints of nuttiness. It has a firm yet rugged mouthfeel, and boasts a bold russet red paste from the traditional addition of colouring derived from annatto seeds.
