Cricketer Farm Oak Smoked Cheddar
The lush green pastures of the rolling Somerset plains gave birth to the name Cricketer Farm over 70 years ago. Today the cheddar that carries the Cricketer name to the future is rich and resonant in flavour, with a lingering, balanced maturity of flavour of which the founders would be proud.
This cheddar has been traditionally cold smoked over oak chips to impart a rich smoky flavour and aroma to the cheese. It is smooth and firm bodied with an even pale yellow paste and golden-brown rind.
