The lush green pastures of the rolling Somerset plains gave birth to the name Cricketer Farm over 70 years ago. Today the cheddar that carries the Cricketer name to the future is rich and resonant in flavour, with a lingering, balanced maturity of flavour of which the founders would be proud.

This cheddar is aged for up to 15 months to increase complexity and depth. The result is a strong, fruity cheddar with a long, dense palate and plenty of flavour.
