That's Amore Bocconcini

That’s Amore Cheese is made using traditional techniques and locally sourced milk. 

Each bucket contains 1kg of cheese weight which is sold immersed in whey. The small white balls, when torn open, reveal the layers of stretched curd. 

This fresh cow's milk cheese has a mild, milky flavour and a supple texture.
