This is produced by Fromagerie Henri Hutin. This Fromagerie has a rich history, founded in 1922 as a little artisanal cheese dairy in the fertile pastures of Lorraine. From its humble beginnings in Lacroix-sur-Meuse, it has evolved into an ultra-modern enterprise with a state-of-the-art factory in Dieue sur Meuse in the heart of Lorraine. Today it is still being made according to the original recipes handed down by Henri Hutin. 

This a spreadable cheese, made with cows’ milk and added cream, and seasoned with garlic and herbs.
