BellaVitano Espresso

The Sartori family have been working with cheese in America for four generations. They have a very close relationship with their local dairies and are very proud of the quality of the milk delivered fresh to their premises in Wisconsin. They work closely with chefs, developing products for the foodservice industry. 

BellaVitano Espresso starts life as BellaVitano Gold, a cheese inspired by Italian farmstead traditions. Selected wheels of this cheese are then hand rubbed with ground espresso coffee. The cheese and coffee flavours blend with remarkable balance, neither dominating the other. This unique cheese has a dense texture with plenty of small crunchy crystals. Its full, fruity flavour marries perfectly with the earthiness of the coffee rub.
