Batch Farm is situated in an idyllic setting on the Pennard Ridge with views of the Glastonbury Tor. Cheesemaking has been a family concern for almost 50 years. Friesian milk is derived from their herd of 260 cows.

This is farmhouse cheddar at its finest; its distinct flavour displaying complexity and nuttiness makes it a showpiece for any cheese board. Traditionally this cheese is matured for 12-18 months.

Batch Farm clothbound cheddar has an international reputation with Gold medals at the World Cheese Awards and the Global Cheese Awards.
