Barber’s Farmhouse Cheesemakers have a history going back six generations to 1833, when Daniel Barber began making cheddar on Maryland Farm. They are now the world’s oldest surviving cheddar-makers.

Barber’s Vintage Cheddar is made using traditional starter cultures and the finest West Country milk. A cheese with unrivalled complexity and depth, this cheddar is aged for more than 24 months to create a crumbly texture and full lingering flavour, a true sign of well-aged for cheddar.
