This mild version of a Tilsit style cheese is made in Sweden. 

The cheese's interior is pale yellow with small irregular holes. It is aged for a minimum of two months and is then encased in a yellow wax which helps maintain the cheese’s moisture and creaminess. 

It has an open, springy texture and a mellow, buttery flavour that is popular with cheese lovers of all ages.
